I have a confession guys. I've been wearing OPI's I Don't Give a Rotterdam! on my nails almost all month long. Every time I did my nails, I'd simply repaint them with this polish. Love it so much! This comes from the Holland collection and to me, this color screams winter. It's a beautiful silver blue with whitish silver shimmer. It looks like snowfall on your nails, which I love! It wears so well too, it barely chips. It makes me remember why I love OPI so much. Speaking of OPI, Ulta is having 2 for $12 now through November 3rd, so its an excellent time to go stock up.
